Stamatia Ladikou

Mrs Stamatia Ladikou is a PhD student at the University of the Aegean, Department of Cultural Technology and Communication, i-Lab. She graduated from the University of Leicester, Department of Archaeology, UK (1999). She then obtained her MA in Museum Studies from the same University (2000) and her MSc in Management of Cultural Organizations from the Hellenic Open University, Greece (2014). She has been working in several archeological excavations and museums as a curator and museum educator since then. Also, she has been teaching courses of museum studies and related topics in the vocational training centers. Currently she works at the Municipality of Samos, Greece and she also teaches museology-related courses at a public Vocational Training organization. Her research interests are museology, digital cultural content and applications, ICT in cultural heritage, educational programs and collaborative learning in culture.
